Can we create an urban plaza or facilities which is flexible and transformable that all kind of urban event and festival can happened in it? Like a blank CD-RW disk ,it can be"written" with various kind of program.By means of highly effective use of land, this new kind of urban sustainable strategy is convincible. A new way of “compact city" is created.

Sustainable approach of urban Development has been identified all over the world. Human being can’t consume the resource endlessly.China was in the process of urbanization the past years, the projects proposed that city should be more compact instead of spread and expanding. The solutions will demonstrate a serious of mobile architecture that makes cities more compact use.
